This new build residence not far from Hobarts' CBD is now nearing completion in early 2009.
The 'Integrated Design' approach for this house was key for informing the Tranmere House, which followed shortly after.
The Murray Street House was designed within very tight budget constraints, and also to respond effectively to it's urban context, by providing visaul privacy, whilst maintaining a free-flowing spaces, and glimpses of view out to the city landscape beyond.
